Overview

¡Bank Capital Group was formed by a group of former bankers who have organized and managed nearly a dozen community banks over the last 40 years. We have extensive experience throughout the country in working with community banks in all phases of the business cycle, from the earliest stages of the organizational process through the eventual sale of the bank. We work primarily with de novo banks, assist in filing their applications and raise their capital to open for business. During these economic times we find a growing number of existing banks who need assistance with non performing assets or a need to increase their capital. We have extensive experience in working with problem loans and non performing assets as well as helping banks to raise additional capital either through a secondary offering or possibly with a sale/lease back option on any buildings the bank owns. We offer an ongoing policy review and strategic planning service to all community banks.
