About Bank Capital Group

Bank Capital Group was formed by a group of former bankers who have organized and managed nearly a dozen community banks over the last 40 years.  We have extensive experience throughout the country in working with community banks in all phases of the business cycle, from the earliest stages of the organizational process through the eventual sale of the bank.

During these economic times, we find a growing number of existing banks who need assistance in increasing their capital.  We have extensive experience in helping banks raise additional capital through a secondary offering.  We offer an ongoing policy review and strategic planning service to all community banks.
