James R. (Ronney) Henderson- Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Henderson began his banking career in September, 1964, with the First National Bank of Atlanta.  Since then he has held a variety of executive positions within the banking including being an organizer and initial Chairman of the Board of Affinity Bank, Atlanta.  In 1986, he was a co-founder of Intercept Systems, serving as its President from May 1989 to June 1996, when he semi-retired.   In 1996, Mr. Henderson founded Cash Transactions, LLC, where he currently serves as Chairman and Chief Exeuctive Officer.  In June, 2002,  Mr. Henderson became a principal of Bank Capital Group, and was named Chairman and CEO in 2011.

Bruce A. Naylor- President, Bruce Naylor is President of Bank Capital Group and has a 30-year career in banking, consulting, and regulatory matters. Naylor held top leadership positions as Bank CEO, Founder and President of his own consulting firm. In addition, he was asset manager at the FDIC responsible for the resolution and disposition of failed bank assets in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Naylor has lead banks during periods of regulatory enforcement actions, evolutionary growth and record profitability, and bank M&A strategies. Small Business Administration and Independent Community Bankers of America recognized his innovative lending and financial literacy programs. The bank was awarded the National Community Service Award. Naylor holds an MBA from the University of Missouri and graduated from the Southwest Graduate of School of Banking. He has served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on risk management, published articles on compliance and risk management and holds a Certified Risk Management Professional designation (CRMP)

Robert Brown – Senior Vice President, Mr. Brown has over 25+ years in financial services to include Security Pacific Bank, Marine Midland Bank, Chrysler and Hyundai. Honed skills in credit , collections,  operations and branch management thus expediting positive productivity in all areas. In addition, over 15+ years with Bank Capital Group to include US Strategic Capital as well as StoneCastle Partners. Gained perspective in the M&A arena. Also, enabled newfound  knowledge to facilitate a steady and consistent deposit flow into banks around the country.  In addition, this wealth of financial experience led to a number of successful capital raises for Community banks extending from Virginia to Washington State and in-between. The ability to form relationships quickly and translate into commitments is both a hallmark and a strength. A positive attitude and willingness to persevere in all kinds of situations and circumstances has allowed successful completion of all projects in a timely manner.

Kris Welch – Vice-President, CRCM, CAMS Kris Welch is an industry professional with 30+ years with an extensive compliance background and brings policy, procedure, regulatory reviews and a wide inventory of technical assessment, processing and disclosure skills to the client. Kris achieved the status of an elite compliance professional with the designations of Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). Kris’s professional experience is extensive at the domestic and international level for banks, credit unions, payday lenders, money transmitter, check cashers, payment processors and foreign exchange companies. Kris has held the position of Vice President at two national consulting companies Chartwell Compliance and Ascella Compliance. In addition, Ms. Welch held compliance positions earlier in her compliance career at Community Banks of Colorado, Wells Fargo and Heritage Bank, Broomfield CO.

Michael Kerschner – Advisor, Mr. Kerschner has been a banker since 1974. A CEO for over 30 years;. He has served on many boards including Community Bankers Association of Ohio,  Ohio Bankers League,  Independent Community Bankers Association,  Great Lakes Bankers Bank.  He is the current Vice Chairman of First National Bank of the Gulf Coast. His association with BCG began in 2007.

Stan Taylor – Founder, Mr. Taylor led the organization of four different community banks throughout the Southeast, acting as President and CEO of three of them.  He also managed a $250-million community bank  investment fund that returned in excess of 33% per year to its investors.  Mr. Taylor was President of Bank Capital Group from its inception until his death in 2010.
